He has held roles including Head of Business Development at an international consultancy firm and, at 4C Strategies, driven major account expansion in Nordic markets through Software and SaaS solutions for societal resilience and total defence. Johan holds an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.

Martin is a motivated and dedicated sales professional with experience in highly technical B2B sales within the Scandinavian industrial sector, working closely with major machine manufacturers. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in industrial economics, complemented by marketing studies at Berghs School of Communication. With a strong background in marketing strategy, Martin combines technical expertise with commercial and strategic insight.

Joanna is a versatile, PMP-certified project management professional with an international background in the life sciences industry and a decade of consulting experience. A relationship-focused leader with a solution-driven mindset, she is adept at balancing long-term strategic priorities with short-term operational efficiency. Joanna has an engineering background and holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.

Christel is a relationship-driven professional experienced in security solutions and digital infrastructure. With a sales and finance background, she thrives in managing the customer lifecycle, from complex procurements to seamless delivery. By combining structured project management with dedicated client engagement, Christel ensures long-term value, process optimization, and high-quality outcomes for every client.
Business Development
Maja brings more than 11 years of experience within the area of digital collecting of data for different types of security document, and 18 years experience in key account management, project management and business development across various industries.
Chief Executive Officer
Tomas has a strong background in leadership, strategy, and international business development, having held senior leadership positions at Hilti Group and Business Sweden, including as Vice President and Head of Region Americas. Tomas is a trained engineer with a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University.
Operations Director
Patrik is a strong leader within experience in operations, production management, and product development. He has a strong track record both as a consultant and in senior executive roles across companies such as Axlon, CDsys, Xaar, and IBM. With a background in mechanical engineering, Patrik combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive operational excellence and innovation.
Sales Director
Sunny has over 15 years of experience driving international sales and business growth across leading consulting firms and global IT/Telecom organizations. Sunny has led cross‑border sales initiatives, expanded market presence, and delivered strong commercial results in diverse international markets.
In addition to sales leadership, Sunny has served as Operations Director, managing end‑to‑end company operations. Prior to joining Speed Identity, Sunny held senior roles at Accenture, Tieto, and Ericsson. Sunny holds an MBA degree.
Chairman of the Board
Mattias Johansson is a senior corporate finance and M&A executive with more than 25 years of experience in the Nordic TMT sector. He has held leadership roles at ABG Sundal Collier, Telia, Handelsbanken, and several boutique advisory firms. Mattias has executed a wide range of transactions across industries and products, including numerous complex cross‑border acquisitions and strategic divestments.
Mattias holds an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. His extensive transaction experience and deep sector expertise bring strong strategic and financial insight to the board.
Member of the Board
Jonas Bergh brings extensive experience in transactions and outsourced business law, both in Sweden and internationally. He has been a partner at leading law firms such as Lagerlöf & Leman (now Linklaters) and Ashurst, and has also founded and managed his own law firm.
In addition to his legal career, Jonas has served for many years as a board member and chairman in both listed and private companies. He is frequently an advisor to boards and shareholders and also chairs the nomination committee of a listed company. His combined legal and governance expertise adds valuable insight to the Speed Identity board.

Peter Johansson is a senior executive with extensive international experience in leading technology companies through growth, change management, and successful turnarounds. He has held CEO and senior leadership roles across Europe and Asia, with a strong background in business development, industrial technology, and IoT solutions.
Peter holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and has completed executive programs at INSEAD, Oxford, and KTH Executive School. His strategic insight and leadership experience are valuable assets to the Speed Identity board.

Magnus Lindberg is a senior executive with extensive international experience in industrial and technology-driven companies. He has held leadership roles at Tranter, Xylem, and Indutrade, driving significant growth, operational improvements, and strategic change initiatives.
Magnus holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. His strong background in business development, leadership, and M&A brings valuable expertise to the Speed Identity board.
